- This experience is not accessible by wheelchair.
- Please note that there are no paved walkways on the island, and guests will need to walk up to 100 metres on sand and navigate stairs aboard the vessel.
- Guests are welcome to bring portable prams; however, please be advised that there are no paved walkways, and prams will need to be carried or pushed on the sand.
- Fishing is not permitted during this experience.
- While personal drones are allowed with a maximum weight of 2kg; however, commercial use of footage or drone flights requires prior approval.
- For nervous swimmers, a range of flotation devices are provided, including life jackets and pool noodles, and our crew are available to offer assistance
- As snorkeling is physically demanding, guests are required to disclose any medical conditions to the crew, complete a medical declaration, and wear flotation devices when necessary.
- Extreme low tides may result in changes to the tour schedule or, in some cases, lead to cancellation. Guests will be notified at the time of booking or as soon as possible thereafter if such changes occur. While the tour duration remains the same, departures may be delayed, and return times will be adjusted accordingly. Please note that departures will not occur earlier than the usual time of 8:30 am.
- Most dietary requirements are able to be accommodated to and can arrange special meals accordingly. Kindly inform us of your dietary needs at the time of booking, and every effort will be made to fulfil your request.
- In the event that weather conditions create an unsafe environment, the tour will be cancelled. The operator will make every effort to contact guests in advance and notify them of the cancellation. Where possible, they will offer the option to rebook on an alternative date or provide a full refund.
- You can cancel these tickets up to 48 hours before the experience begins and get a full refund.
